Job Description :

• Handle import-export shipping control and prepare an export document in compliance with the regulation by ensuring shipped in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with ISUZU Japan via daily emails a liaise with external freight forwarder followed by shipping instructions.
• Liaise another group such as sales planning and procurement for various aspects of shipping control.
• Arrange all shipping documents, and FTA forms as per customer requirements for the customs clearance process.
• Follow up and check with the shipping company for shipment expenses and forward payment information from our Accounting group.
• Issue all import-export expenses for each shipment to the Accounting group.
• Issue shipment monthly report through all concerns.
• Coordinate with ISUZU supplier for summary BOI monthly report

Qualification :

• Male or Female, Thai Nationality only
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Management, or related.
• At least 0-1 year of experience in shipping documents will be an advantage.
• Having basic automotive, Export Operation knowledge will be an advantage.
• Ability to work with details under pressure and deadlines
• Friendly & a good team player with strong leadership qualification
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and also communications skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Computer literacy in MS. Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
