Isuzu UTE Australia (IUA), the distributor of the Isuzu D-MAX and mu-X in Australia, was named "Best of the Best" in the 2018 Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards for earning  the highest customer-satisfaction rating among 32 category winners. An awards ceremony was held in Melbourne on February 21.

Roy Morgan, Australia's largest independent research company, conducts an ongoing single-source survey totaling 50,000 face-to-face interviews with consumers each year. The data is used to determine monthly and annual winners of the Customer Satisfaction Awards. The winner of the full calendar year is the organization that records the most months with the number-one ranking in its category.

IUA scored six consecutive monthly wins from July to December and finished second for five straight months, January to May, to be crowned Car Manufacturer of the Year, the top award in the automotive segment. Moreover, IUA earned a 96.1% average customer satisfaction rating, resulting in its being named "Best of the Best."

On May 1, IUA introduced a number of updates to both the MY 2019 D-MAX and mu-X, which are  in the country's two most highly contested segments-one ton utes (Pickups) and large SUVs, respectively. The company now looks forward to building on its successes over the past decade by continuing to satisfy customers with quality products and great aftersales service.
