The D-MAX pickup was honored serveral times in annual awards programs in the United Kingdom last year. And now, it has been reported that two more awards have been presented to the D-MAX in the UK.
First, the Januaryissues of 4x4 magazine announced that the D-MAX Huntsman was selected as a Best model. Vehicles in manufacturer catagories were compared across several core criteria, including capability, durability, payload, running costs, fuel efficiency, reliability and after-sales service.
Soon afterwards, the February issue of Pickup & 4x4 Promagazine reported that the D-MAX was named pickup of the year. "The D-MAX is utilitarian at its core and doesn't try to disguise it, which is charming and endearing, yet it is still perfectly civilized regardless," the magazine said.
